200405934 <br />13. Subcontractor shall remove all debris, resulting from his work, to dumpster or bury pit on a <br />daily basis <br />14. All required shop drawings, test data, samples or brochures will be furnished by <br />Subcontractor to Construction Manager when requested. The Subcontractor as directed by <br />the Construction Manager will secure all warranties, guarantees or acceptances for work of <br />this contract as called for by the Plans, Specifications Owners or Inspection and /or <br />Accepting Agencies. <br />15. Subcontractor shall furnish and install auxiliary electric heaters when required. <br />16. Rough in shall be completed at the rate of five (5) days per building. If this <br />Schedule is not met there will be a penalty of $250.00 per day per building. Finish will be <br />done at the same rate and same penalty as rough in. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />All work shall be acceptable to the Project Superintendent and the inspecting <br />Architect. Any work not acceptable shall be corrected at the Subcontractor's expense. <br />Time is of the essence and all work shall be scheduled by and closely coordinated with the <br />Project Superintendent. No work shall begin until the Project Superintendent has given <br />authorization. <br />The Contract amount agreed upon will be firm and not subject to acceleration due to material or <br />labor increases. No additions to the contract will be allowed unless agreed to in writing by both <br />parties before the performance of any such act. <br />The Subcontractor shall, at all times while performing your trade, have on the jobsite one (1) <br />individual, in a supervisory capacity, who s answerable to the Project Superintendent. <br />S .
