EXHIBIT "A" 200405934 PROJECT: THE RIVER BEND APARTMENTS & CLUBHOUSE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: SIGNATURE CONSTRUCTION, LLC All labor and material shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications on file with the Construction Manager. All applicable building codes and OSHA regulations shall be followed. TRADE: ELECTRICAL SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, licenses, fees, permits necessary to install a complete electrical system as shown on the Plans and as covered in the Specifications. This will include all work from the point of termination by the electrical utility company through to the completion of the electrical system. All telephone and cable TV pre- wiring is included. All light fixtures, including lamps will be included in the scope of the work of this contract. All fixtures will be ordered in a timely manner so as not to delay the work. The Subcontractor will connect kitchen range hoods, bath fans and will make final electrical connections to clothes washers, clothes dryers, garbage disposals, smoke detectors, and furnaces, ranges water heaters and air conditioning. The Construction Manager will furnish kitchen range hoods. Others will furnish furnaces and air conditioning units. 4. Furnish and installs smoke detectors as shown as on the Plans and detailed in the Specifications. 5. Furnish and install area light fixtures and wiring, including trenching. This work will be coordinated with others who supply labor and material for setting poles. 6. Subcontractor shall furnish and install bath fans. Housings will be vented by others as part of HVAC rough in Motors and grilles will be installed by this Subcontractor. 7. Subcontractor will perform all drilling, cutting and patching for installation of electrical conduits, cables, and wiring. All necessary precautions will be taken to meet applicable codes as to drilling, cutting, and patching. Service feed from meter to panel will not be installed through floor joist system. 8. Subcontractor is responsible for fire caulk at holes made by this Subcontractor. 9. Cost for all fees, permits and inspections required in the completion of the scope of work of this contract is to be paid for by the Subcontractor. 10. Subcontractor shall provide temporary electrical services at requested locations called for by the Project Superintendent. 11. Subcontractor, as may be required, will make permanent installation of electrical work as required for use of furnaces for temporary heat in the living units and buildings. 12. Provide fixtures and power to and connect the project entry sign, clubhouse area lights, building wall pads and swimming pool lights. - 1 - Initial _;L-LW'JJA/
