Upon the death of Trustor's husband, the Trustee shall <br />pay the then remaining principal and the income for the <br />period between the last income distribution date and <br />the date of the death of Trustor's husband to or for <br />such person or persons, including the estate of <br />Trustor's husband, in trust or outright, or upon such <br />terms, trusts, conditions and limitations, as Trustor's <br />husband shall appoint by his Will made before or after <br />Trustor's death. In order to exercise the power of <br />appointment herein contained it shall be necessary for <br />Trustor's husband to refer to this power specifically <br />in his Will. A general residuary clause in his Will <br />which does not specifically refer to this power shall <br />not be deemed to be an exercise of this power <br />notwithstanding any law or presumption to the contrary. <br />3. If Trustor's husband renounces his interest in any <br />property in the Marital Trust, the Trustee shall add <br />the property, or the portion thereof to which such <br />renunciation pertains, to the property disposed of by <br />the Family Trust established herein and such property <br />shall be administered and disposed of in accordance <br />with the provisions of that separate Trust. <br />4.
