200404851 <br />(21) years after the death of the last survivor of <br />the group consisting of Trustor's husband, all of <br />Trustor's children and all of Trustor's other <br />descendants who are living at the time of <br />Trustor's death. The vesting of the interest in <br />the trust shall not necessarily terminate the <br />trust and the Trustee shall thereafter retain <br />possession of the vested interest, subject to the <br />terms and conditions of the trust, until such time <br />as distribution to the beneficiary free from trust <br />is required by the terms of the trust. If the <br />beneficiary does not survive to the termination of <br />the trust interest, his or her share shall pass to <br />such beneficiary's estate, free from trust. <br />B. If Trustor's husband survives the Trustor, all of the <br />residue of the trust assets of whatever kind and wherever <br />situated but not including any property over which Trustor may <br />have a power of appointment shall be placed in a separate trust <br />to be known as "the Alice E. Neal Marital Trust," hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Marital Trust ", to be held, managed and <br />distributed as follows: <br />1.
