200404635 <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist, <br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said <br />property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $44,172.70, it <br />being the highest bidder therefor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $44,172.70 so bid <br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said <br />Paddi A. Mack and Thomas Fieldgrove, wife and husband, and their successors in interest, were <br />seized or possessed at the time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time thereafter, in and to the <br />premises sold as aforesaid, to -wit: <br />Part of Lot Eight (8) of Norwood Subdivision of part of the West Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter (W1 /2 NW 1/4) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point One Hundred and Six (106) feet West of the Southeast Corner of <br />Lot Eight (8) and running thence North, a distance of Two Hundred and Twenty -Six (226) <br />feet; thence West a distance of Seventy -Six (76) feet; thence South a distance of Two <br />Hundred Twenty -Six (226) feet to the South boundary line of said Lot Eight (8); thence <br />running East along the South boundary line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of Seventy -Six <br />(76) feet to the point of beginning. <br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this / day of May, 2004. <br />Eric H.
