The person sha11 <br /> also advise the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, in writing, of any changes of such <br /> information between the time of the entry of the Decree of Dissolution and the payment of the <br /> judgment (or child support) in full. Failure to comply shall be punishable by contempt. <br /> 22. In the event the person fails to pay any child, spousal support, or medical payment, as <br /> such failure is certified each month by the District Court clerk in cases where Court ordered support <br /> is delinquent in an amount equal to the support due and payable for a one month period of time, he <br /> or she may be required to appear in court on a date to be deternuned by the Court and show cause <br /> why such payment was not made. In the event that the person fails to pay and appear as so ordered, <br /> a warrant shall be issued for his or her arrest. <br /> 23.
