There is currently some additional money coming in from the sale of the Kansas route of the corporation. Such money shall be divided as previously agreed to by the parties with Galen Stehlik, attorney, to be in charge of the distribution. Respondent sha11 receive all other assets of the business and shall be responsible for all debts of the business and sha11 hold petitioner harmless. 16. Respondent is awarded a11 stock in the corporation known as River Glen Corporation. 17. Each party shall be awarded 25% of the stock in FTK, Inc. 18. Respondent is awarded the Riverside membership, the horses/tack, and the RCI Timeshare. 19. As additional property settlement petitioner shall have judqment against respondent in amount of$59,286. See attached balance sheet. 20. Each party sha11 pay their own attorney fees and petitioner sha11 pay the costs of this action. 21. Any person ordered to pay a judgment sha11 be required to furnish to the Clerk of the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, his or her address, telephone number and social security number, the name and address of his or her employer, whether or not such person has access to -7-
