� ' 99 � 07489 <br /> 11121814 <br /> TAX SERVICE RIDER TO THE MORTGAGE/DEED OF TRUST <br /> THIS WDER is made this23x� day ofJuly, 1999 and is incorporated into <br /> and shall be deemed to ammend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the <br /> "Security Instrument") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower") to secure Borrower's <br /> Note(the "Note")to Saxon Mortgage, Inc. (the <br /> "Lender")of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: <br /> 226 South Vine, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br /> �Property AddressJ <br /> As used in this Rider the term "Lender" includes Lender's successors and assigns and the company <br /> servicing the Note on Lender's behalf. <br /> Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the "Uniform Covenants" section of the <br /> Security Instrument, paragraph 2, "Funds for Taxes and Insurance"**, Lender may require Borrower to <br /> pay a one-time charge for a real estate tax reporting service,which may be either an independent real estate <br /> t�reporting service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law does not permit <br /> Lender to make such a charge.
