<br /> KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I , NELDA MAYE

<br /> Missouri , have made, constituted and appoint my daughter WYONIA N�AE
<br /> GOEBEL, of St. Louis County, State of Missouri, if able, willing
<br /> and available, my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name,
<br /> place and stead to do and perform any and all of the following

<br /> 1 . To ask, demand, sue for , collect and receiva all sums of
<br /> money, dividends , interest , rent , payments on account of debts and
<br /> legacies , and all property now due or which may hereafter become
<br /> due and owing to me , and give good and valid receipts and

<br /> 2 . ^o take possession of and/or to marage real property, -to
<br /> sell , exchange , convey and �crtgage any part or parts of my real
<br /> estate or personal property;
<br /> 3 . To execute , ackno�aledge and deliver deeds of real

<br /> property, promissory notes , deeds of trust, mortgages , releases ,
<br /> satisfactions and other instruments relating to any real or
<br /> personal prcperty in which I may have an interest �tiihich my said
<br /> attorney cor:siders necessary or in my best interests;
<br /> 4 . To execute and deliver any contracts or other instruments
<br /> relating to my affairs , including, but not limited to, contracts or
<br /> other instruments relating to sale , purchase , encumbrance ,
<br /> partitioning or other dealing with real or personal property and/or
<br /> relating to carrying out the terms of any cor.tracts previously
<br /> executed by rre or in my behalf;
<br /> 5 . To make and execute claims under any insurance policy, to
<br /> execute documents in support thereof , and to give releases in
<br /> connection therewith; to do business with banks , savings and loan
<br /> association, credit unions and similar institutions , and to endorse
<br /> and negotiate a11 checks, drafts , bills or r�otes made payable to my
<br /> order and collect t��e proceeds;
<br /> 6 . To sign in my r.ame checks on all accounts standing in :�y
<br /> name , and to ��tithdraw funds from my account; ta have access at any
<br /> time and from time to time as my deputy to any safe deposit box
<br /> rented in my name;
<br /> 7 . To open and/or close bank accour�ts and accounts with
<br /> savings and loan associaticns , credit unions and similar
<br /> institutions , and rent and/or terminate the rental of saie deposit
<br /> boxes ir� my name or in the name of my said attorney as my attorney
