Gonzalez <br />a/k /a Francisco Gonzalez <br />1017 West 11th Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />Anabelle Gonzalez <br />1017 West 11th Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 28th day of <br />November, 2001 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, <br />Arend R. Baack, Attorney for the Trustee sold said property at public auction to Associates Financial <br />Services Company, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being the highest bidder, for the sum of <br />$29,800.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $29,800.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Associates <br />Financial Services Company, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc.
