That Grantor, as required by §76-1007 published Notice of Trustee's Sale to <br /> be held on December 30, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., at the Hall County Courthouse, <br /> Grand Island, Nebraska. Said notice was published in ThP Grand Island Daily <br /> Independent, a legal newspaper of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, once <br /> a week for five (5) consecutive weeks commencing on November 21 , 1998, <br /> and ending December 19, 1998. The last publication notice was at least ten <br /> (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale held on December 30, 1998, and said sale <br /> was no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of notice. <br /> 6. That Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on <br /> December 30, 1998, in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of United Nebraska Bank in the <br /> sum of Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars (518,600.00) as the highest bid <br /> upon said real property.
