202603787 <br />6. Grantor may construct up to three (3) doorways within the easement area for <br />private access to improved units located within Grantor's Property. The Easement may be <br />utilized as need for access to construct and maintain improvements to the Grantor's Property and <br />the Grantee's Property. <br />7. New improvements within the Easement shall generally be of a similar style and <br />aesthetic and utilize reasonably similar materials to the existing improvements within the <br />Easement. <br />8. Grantor and Grantee shall cause their liability and casualty insurance to include <br />and insure Grantor and Grantee's activities in the Easement in a commercially reasonable <br />manner, consistent with the insurance coverages Grantor and Grantee maintain for Grantor's <br />Property and Grantee's Property. <br />9. Grantor and Grantee shall equally share the costs of general maintenance to the <br />Easement, including but not limited to necessary reconstruction or restoration from reasonable <br />wear and tear, snow removal, and maintaining the Easement in a manner free from refuse and <br />obstructions.
