<br />MORTGAGE
<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this z6 lay of May, 2026, between ROBERT L. DYE AND
<br />NICHOLE L. DYE, Husband and Wife, 2618 Chisholm Trail Circle, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors", and DIAMOND PLASTICS CORPORATION,
<br />1212 Johnstown Road, P.O. Box 1608, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802-1608, hereinafter referred
<br />to as "Mortgagee",
<br />WITNESSETH, that the said Mortgagors, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
<br />Forty -One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty and 00/100 Dollars ($241,220.00), to Mortgagors in
<br />hand paid by the said Mortgagee, the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledged, and additional
<br />advances for future mortgage payments, taxes and insurance, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and
<br />convey unto the said Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, forever, all the tracts or parcel of
<br />land lying and being in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, commonly known 2618
<br />Chisholm Trail Circle, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, and legally described as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Thirty -Five (35), Regency By The Green Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements,
<br />rights, privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof; including, but not limited to, heating
<br />and cooling equipment and such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to
<br />constitute a fixture; all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, is hereby
<br />declared to be a part of the real estate secured by the lien of this Mortgage and all of the
<br />foregoing being referred to herein as the "Property".
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to the said Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, forever. And
<br />the said Mortgagors for themselves, their heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, do hereby
