If I am participating at the Enhanced DARP Level, I agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in Section No. 3 above, and in addition, I agree to keep on deposit in the DARP Account, in addition to any other amounts I am required to keep on deposit with the Lender, a minimum deposit balance of not less than $11,625.00, representing three (3) months principal, interest, taxes, insurance, and association fees ("PITIA") of my original loan amount, for not less than the first 180 day period after the DARP Account is opened . At the option of the Lender this amount may be deducted from the loan proceeds at the time of origination. I understand that if I am participating at the Enhanced DARP Level, upon the expiration of the 180 day period I may, but 1 am not required to, withdraw the funds representing the minimum balance requirement without penalty, and that so long as I have met the DARP Enhanced Level requirements for the duration of the minimum deposit period, I will be entitled to receive the ONE -EIGHTH (.125%) percent per annum interest rate discount of the Enhanced DARP Rate for the remainder of the term of the Note. 5. If I am participating at the DARP Deposit Level, signified by my selection below, I agree to all of the terms and conditions in Sections No. 3 and No. 4 above, except that I will not be required to make my regular monthly payments by automatic debit from the DARP Account and to maintain a minimum balance for that purpose, but will be required to maintain other minimum balance requirements as made applicable by those sections. The box marked below indicates the level of participation in DARP that I have selected (CHECK ONLY ONE): ❑ 1 select to participate at the DARP Deposit Level (with deposit minimum only) and receive the DARP Discount Rate. ❑ I select to participate at the DARP ACH Level (with ACH only) and receive the DARP Discount Rate.
