202601102 <br />A copy of said plat is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The original signed <br />and acknowledged by Robb having been surveyed by a registered land surveyor and so certified <br />to be recorded with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Plat contains a <br />dedication of streets to the use of the public and of easements to the public for utilities. <br />In consideration of the acceptance of said Plat of said Highpoint Development LLC, First <br />Subdivision , and Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Nebraska, Robb hereby consents and <br />agrees with the Village to install at the Developer's expense the following improvements: <br />1. PAVING. The public right-of-way platted as Front Street shall be paved with curb <br />and cutter in accordance with plans and specifications first approved the the Village's Engineer. <br />As part of said construction, the necessary merger between Front Street and Clarice Street shall <br />be included to provide for a smooth transition between roadways. <br />2. WATER AND SANITARY SEWER. Developer agrees to install water and sanitary <br />sewer service to each lot with connections to the respective water and sanitary sewer mains in <br />existence in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Village Engineer. <br />3. DRAINAGE. All lots within said subdivision shall be graded in such a fashion as to <br />cause storm water to drain to Front Street or the public right-of-way bordering Highway 281. <br />Drainage plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Village Engineer and further reviewed <br />upon seeking construction permits for the individual structures thereon. <br />b , Developer <br />Ryefn Nickerson, Chairperson <br />Village of Doniphan Board of Trustees <br />
