Robb ("Robb") as the developer and the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska ("Village"). WHEREAS, there has caused to be platted, filed and approved with the Regional Planning Commission for Hall County, Nebraska, that parcel of land hereinafter described to be know as Highpoint Development, LLC, First Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the Parties hereto seek to establish an understanding associated with the development of said subdivision; NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the Parties agree as follows: 1.
