202506232 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,049 (cont.) <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Kaufman Avenue, said point being thirty (30.0) <br />feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth <br />Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), Commonwealth Business Park Third <br />Subdivision; thence southerly, parallel to and thirty (30.0) feet East of the West line of <br />said Lot One (1), formally known as said Lot Twelve (12), a distance of one -hundred <br />(100.0) feet; thence westerly, parallel to and one -hundred (100.0) feet South of the South <br />line of said Kaufman Avenue, a distance of thirty (30.0) feet to the West line of said Lot <br />One (1), formally known as said Lot Twelve (12), being the point of termination. <br />Such easement tract to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated <br />10/21/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
