CASH 22 " <br />REFL.tNDS: <br />CASH <br />F, <br />StSCK <br />HALL C TY NE <br />N�� INS': Q, 2 3 2 1015 _ vP I I I <br />w <br />THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />I'\ \i T1 vVOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />2200 <br />1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,049 <br />This ordinance is to vacate an existing sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement located in Lot <br />One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), <br />Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said tract being originally acquired August 25, 1980, as described in Instrument No. <br />80-005015, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of <br />Deeds Office; and to provide for the publication and the effective date of this ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the existing easement and right-of-way tract located in part of Lot <br />One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision, formally known as Lot Twelve (12), <br />Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said tract being originally acquired August 25, 1980, as described in Instrument No. <br />80-005015 and recorded in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Office ,the centerline of <br />the sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement and right-of-way tract being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />
