202506197 <br />First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in the Grand Island <br />Independent, a legal newspaper of Hall County, Nebraska, once a week for five consecutive <br />weeks commencing on July 5, 2025 and ending August 2, 2025. The last publication notice <br />was at least ten but not more than thirty days prior to the Trustee's Sale scheduled for <br />August 27, 2025. <br />6. That on August 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Grantor appeared at the time and place designated in the <br />Notice of Sale and announced a postponement pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. §76-1009 to October 9, <br />2025 at 11:00 a.m. <br />7. That on October 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Grantor performed a Trustee's Sale in the lower <br />lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Grantor accepted the bid of MIDWEST PREMIER INVESTMENTS, LLC in the sum <br />of One -Hundred Eleven Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($111,000.00) as the highest bid <br />upon said real property.
