202505976 <br />The violation of any rule or regulation adopted by the Board of Administrators or <br />the breach of any of these Bylaws contained herein, or the breach of any provisions of the <br />Master Deed, shall give the Board of Administrators the right, in addition to any other <br />rights set forth in these Bylaws: <br />(a) To enter into the suite or garage in which, or as to which, such violation or <br />breach exists and to summarily abate and remove, at the expense of the <br />defaulting suite or garage owner, any structure, thing or condition that <br />may exist therein contrary to the intent and meaning of the provisions <br />hereof, and the Board of Administrators shall not thereby be deemed <br />guilty in any manner of trespass. <br />(b) <br />To enjoin, abate or remedy by appropriate legal proceedings, either at law <br />or in equity, the continuance of any such breach. <br />(c) To deny partially or wholly access to, benefit from, or use of all or any <br />facilities, functions, or services, or suspend, party or wholly of all or any <br />rights or privileges of membership or any other disciplinary action <br />directed by the Board of Administrators. <br />ARTICLE IX. MORTGAGES <br />Section 1. Notice to Board of Administrators. <br />A suite or garage owner who mortgages his/her suite or garage shall notify the <br />Board of Administrators of the name and address of his/her mortgagee and shall file a <br />conformed copy of the note and mortgage with the Board of Administrators. The Board <br />shall maintain such information in a book entitled "Mortgages of Suites and Garages". <br />Section 2. Notice of Default. <br />The Board of Administrators, when giving notice to a suite or garage owner of a <br />default in paying assessments or other default, :.hall send a copy of such notice to each <br />holder of a mortgage covering such suite or garage whose name and address has <br />theretofore been furnished to the Board of Administrators. <br />Section 3. Examination of Books. <br />Each suite or garage owner and each mortgagee of a suite or garage shall be <br />permitted to examine the books of account of the Association at reasonable time, on <br />business days, but not more than once every three (3) months without just cause. <br />ARTICLE X.
