202505975 <br />replacement cost not including land, of the building containing the condominium suites in <br />Windsor Square Condominium, such damage or destruction shall be promptly repaired and <br />reconstructed by the Association as attorney -in -fact, and the Association shall have full authority <br />to deal with insurance proceeds in such repair and reconstruction. <br />Damage to Suites, Garages and common elements for which Suite and Garage Owners <br />are responsible for providing insurance shall be promptly repaired to the reasonable satisfaction <br />of the Board of Administrators. In the event that the insurance proceeds are insufficient to repair <br />and reconstruct the exterior of the garage and condominium building, including common <br />elements, the Association shall levy a special assessment to provide an amount sufficient to <br />conduct said repair and reconstruction along with insurance proceeds.
