20250273GI <br />covenants shall automatically be extended for successive periods of ten (10) years unless by a <br />vote of the majority of the then owners of the lots, it is agreed to change the said covenants in <br />whole or in part. <br />XVIII. <br />If the first party hereto, or his heirs or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the <br />covenants herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning lots in said <br />Subdivision to prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons <br />violating or attempting to violate any such covenant and either to prevent him or them from so <br />doing to recover damages or other relief for such violations. <br />XIX. <br />Invalidation of any of these covenants by Judgment, Court Order, or Federal Regulation <br />shall in no way affect any other provision and they shall remain in full force and effect. <br />XX. <br />This indenture and the faithful performance of the terms thereof shall be binding upon the <br />heirs, administrators, executors, assigns, grantees, and devisees of the said American <br />Independence 1st Subdivision and upon the purchasers of any lot or lots in said American <br />Independence 1st Subdivision. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have set their hands on this O�kik day of <br />, 20010 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />)ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, personally came Gary E.
