No motor vehicle, of any type, shall <br />be parked in the cul-de-sac or circle drive located within the subdivision in excess of 24 <br />continuous hours. <br />In Article II subsection 1 of the covenants, ictions, and conditions, it states as <br />follows: <br />1. COVENANTS TO RUN WITH LAND. These Restrictive Covenants and <br />conditions are to run with the land and shall be binding on all persons and all parties claiming <br />ownership of said lots, until January 1, 2015, at which time said covenants and restrictions shall <br />be automatically extended for successive periods of 10 (tar) years unless changed or modified by <br />vote of a majority of the owners of the lots of this Subdivision. Any amendment to this <br />Agreement must be recorded with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The initial <br />term from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2025 shall be extended for successive periods of time <br />thereafter, at the conclusion of each ten year period, unless contrary intention is shown as a <br />matter of record by an amendment to these ieshictive covenants. <br />In all other aspects, the agreement for Harder Estate Subdivision for covenants, <br />restrictions, and conditions recorded as Instrument No. 0200501617 shall remain in full force <br />and effect, accept as modified by terms of this revision.
