202500472 <br />ARTICLE III. MEMBERS <br />(a) General <br />The Association shall have one class of members composed of the owners of one or more <br />condominiums as provided in the Declaration. Other matters concerning membership in the <br />Association, including membership fees and rights and obligations of the members, shall be as <br />determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Association. <br />(b) Meetings <br />The annual meeting of the Members shall be held as called at a location determined by the Board <br />of Directors. Additional meetings of members shall be held at such times and places as may be chosen <br />from time to time by the Board of Directors. <br />ARTICLE IV. BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />(a) General Powers <br />The business and affairs of the Association shall be managed by its Board of Directors. <br />(b) Number, Tenure, Qualification and Vacancies <br />The affairs of the Association shall be governed by an Executive Board (also called `Board of <br />Directors"). The Executive Board shall be composed of not less than three (3) nor more than nine (9) <br />persons, all of whom shall be owners and nominated to the Board. Election of the Executive Board <br />shall take place at the <br />(c) Annual Meetings <br />An annual meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held following the annual meeting of the <br />members or at such other time and place as may be chosen by the Board of Directors. The Board of <br />Directors may provide for the time and place, within Hall County, Nebraska, for the holding of additional <br />regular meetings, without other notice than that furnished by the resolution calling such meeting or <br />meetings. <br />
