202500472 RESTATED BYLAWS OF FAIRWAY ESTATES CONDOMINUIM ASSOCIATION, INC. ARTICLE I. NAME AND LOCATION The name of the corporation is Fairway Estates Condominium Association, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, herein referred to as "Association". (a) These are the restated Bylaws of the Association. (b) Principal Office The principal place of business of the Association and the principal executive office of the Association shall be located in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. (c) Registered Office The registered office of the Association may be, but need not be, identical with the principal office in the state of Nebraska, and the address of the registered office may be changed from time to time by the Board of Directors. ARTICLE II. DEFINITIONS (a) "Association" shall mean and refer to Fairway Estates Condominium Association, Inc. (b) "Declaration" shall mean and refer to collectively the Master Deed Creating Fairway Estates Condominium Property Regime I, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 91-108528; the Master Deed Creating Fairway Estates Condominium Property Regime II, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 92-107770 and Document Number 94-106273; the Master Deed Creating Fairway Estates Condominium Property Regime III, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 96-106868; and any amends to any master deed referenced herein. (c) "Members" shall mean and refer to those persons entitled to membership as provided in the Declaration.
