("MERS") as <br />nominee for Charter West Bank as beneficiary dated March 29, 2021 and filed for record in the <br />office of the Hall Count Register of Deeds on March 30, 2021 at Instrument No. 202102596 <br />and Deed of Trust No. 2executed by Julian Torres naming Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority as beneficiary dated March 29, 2021 and recorded with the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds on March 30, 2021 at Instrument No. 202102597, both of which were assigned to Charter <br />West Bank at Instrument Nos. 202109560 and 202303358 with the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligations for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security has occurred, to -wit: <br />Failure to pay the required payments under Promissory Notes dated March 29, 2021 and <br />May 1, 2021 (collectively the "Loan Obligation"). <br />
