Declarant may divide Unit 102 into two <br />(2) or more Units upon notice to the remaining Unit Owners. <br />3) Expansion of Condominium. The Unit owners may expand the Condominium to include <br />additional property or buildings, and may merge or consolidate with an adjoining <br />condominium regime only upon the written consent of all Unit Owners. <br />4) Notices. Notice of matters affecting the Condominium may be given to Unit Owners <br />by the Association or by other Unit Owners in accordance with the Association Bylaws. <br />ARTICLE 4. MEMBERSHIP, VOTING RIGHTS AND ALLOCATIONS <br />1) Membership. Every owner of any Unit shall be a Member of the Association, excluding <br />Persons who hold only a Security Interest. Membership shall be appurtenant to and <br />may not be separated from ownership of any Unit. Ownership of such Unit shall be the <br />sole qualification for membership. When more than one (1) Person holds an ownership <br />interest in any Unit, all such Persons shall be Members; however, the vote for such Unit <br />shall be exercised as they among themselves determine but in no event shall more than <br />one (1) vote be cast with respect to any Unit. When <br />2) Allocated Interests. Each Unit Owner shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Unit <br />owned with respect to all matters before the Association. In the event Unit 102 is <br />divided into one or more additional Units, each such additional Unit shall also be <br />entitled to one (1) vote.
