Declarant may divide Unit 102 into two (2) or more Units upon notice to the remaining Unit Owners. 3) Expansion of Condominium. The Unit owners may expand the Condominium to include additional property or buildings, and may merge or consolidate with an adjoining condominium regime only upon the written consent of all Unit Owners. 4) Notices. Notice of matters affecting the Condominium may be given to Unit Owners by the Association or by other Unit Owners in accordance with the Association Bylaws. ARTICLE 4. MEMBERSHIP, VOTING RIGHTS AND ALLOCATIONS 1) Membership. Every owner of any Unit shall be a Member of the Association, excluding Persons who hold only a Security Interest. Membership shall be appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any Unit. Ownership of such Unit shall be the sole qualification for membership. When more than one (1) Person holds an ownership interest in any Unit, all such Persons shall be Members; however, the vote for such Unit shall be exercised as they among themselves determine but in no event shall more than one (1) vote be cast with respect to any Unit. When 2) Allocated Interests. Each Unit Owner shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Unit owned with respect to all matters before the Association.
