ECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />DONALD J. ANDERSON, <br />Defendant. <br />This dissolution of marriage Petition came on for hearing on February 1, and February <br />12, 2018. The Plaintiff was personally present with her counsel Mr. Valle and the Defendant <br />was personally present with his counsel Mr. Wagoner. The matter was taken under advisement <br />to consider the evidence and the briefs of counsel. The Court, having considered the evidence, <br />the demeanor of the witnesses while testifying and having determined their credibility FINDS as <br />follows. <br />The parties were married on September 25, 1999, in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. During the course of the marriage three children were born: Sam (2006), Nasya <br />(2008) and Jaxson (2015). After Sam's birth, the Plaintiff left her employment as a music <br />teacher. The evidence shows that Sam has special needs and until the parties separated the <br />Plaintiff stayed home to provide care for Sam and the other children. After separation, the <br />Plaintiff has returned to teaching and is provisionally certified to teach. The Plaintiff is currently <br />employed by the Grand Island Public School System. The Defendant has been primarily <br />employed in what can be termed sales and management positions. The Defendant prior to the <br />separation had been employed at Axis Capital.
