However, the evidence before the Court is that the Defendant is deported from the United States and resides in Guatemala with no ability to return to the United States. The Court finds that the 1999 Honda Civic vehicle containing the VIN 2HGEJ8548XH533752 shall be set over to the Plaintiff and that the Plaintiff shall reimburse the Defendant $500.00 for the cost of the vehicle. 10. The Court finds that each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney's fees and costs in this action. 11.
