The Plaintiff's JBS 401(k) retirement account, Home Federal Checking Account, and <br />Home Federal Savings Account are premarital assets of the Plaintiff and shall be set <br />over to the Plaintiff as her sole property. <br />9. The 1999 Honda Civic vehicle containing the VIN 2HGEJ8548XH533752 is a <br />Premarital Asset of the Defendant. However, the evidence before the Court is that <br />the Defendant is deported from the United States and resides in Guatemala with no <br />ability to return to the United States. The Court finds that the 1999 Honda Civic <br />vehicle containing the VIN 2HGEJ8548XH533752 shall be set over to the Plaintiff <br />and that the Plaintiff shall reimburse the Defendant $500.00 for the cost of the <br />vehicle. <br />10. The Court finds that each party shall be responsible for payment of their own <br />attorney's fees and costs in this action. <br />11. The Plaintiff's maiden name of Angelica Mendoza Hernandez shall be restored to <br />her. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by this Court: <br />A.
