The <br />Plaintiff was present and represented by her attorney, Mitchell C. Stehlik. The Defendant is not <br />personally present and is not represented by counsel. Evidence was adduced and argument was <br />heard. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />1. Plaintiff was a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than one (1) year prior to <br />the filing of this Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage, and was a resident of Hall <br />County, Nebraska at the time of the filing herein. <br />2. The Defendant was property served with notice of this action by publication. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the Plaintiff. <br />4. The parties are not parties to any other pending action for divorce, separation or <br />dissolution of marriage in this State or elsewhere. <br />5. That, from the evidence, it appears every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has <br />been made without success, and the marriage of the Plaintiff and Defendant is <br />irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. <br />6. The parties were married on December 11, 2011 in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. There were no children born as issue of this marriage. There are no <br />expected issue. <br />7.
