The Plaintiff was present and represented by her attorney, Mitchell C. Stehlik. The Defendant is not personally present and is not represented by counsel. Evidence was adduced and argument was heard. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. Plaintiff was a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than one (1) year prior to the filing of this Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage, and was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska at the time of the filing herein. 2. The Defendant was property served with notice of this action by publication. 3. The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and over the Plaintiff. 4. The parties are not parties to any other pending action for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage in this State or elsewhere. 5. That, from the evidence, it appears every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made without success, and the marriage of the Plaintiff and Defendant is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. 6. The parties were married on December 11, 2011 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. There were no children born as issue of this marriage. There are no expected issue. 7.
