fl 202403434 Except for review on appeal, remarriage, and continuation of any health insurance coverage, this Decree shall become final and operative 30 days after this Decree is filed or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. For purposes of remarriage, neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant may remarry anyone anywhere in the world for six months after this Decree is filed with the Clerk of the District Court. 2. The Court received into evidence Exhibit 1 which was the Property Statement of Defendant which had been previously filed with the Court. Both parties testified it was an accurate reflection of their assets and debts and that property had been previously equitably divided. Therefore, this Court Orders that the property of the parties shall be divided as set forth on the Property Statement of Defendant, Exhibit 1, previously filed with the Court. No further division of property shall be Ordered, except that Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date this Decree is filed to retrieve her property from the storage unit of Defendant. At such time as thirty (30) days has elapsed, Defendant shall be free to dispose of said property as he sees fit, and Plaintiff shall indemnify and hold the Defendant harmless for the disposal of any such property. No equalization payment is Ordered, the Court having found said distribution of assets and debts was equitable. 3. Both parties testified and acknowledged on the record that they were not requesting alimony and that if alimony was not Ordered at this time, it could not be requested in the future. Alimony is not Ordered in favor of either party in this matter and is waived forever. 4. Plaintiff and Defendant each agree to pay their own attorneys' fees. 5. To the extent there is any conflict between this Decree and any attachment or other document incorporated herein by reference, the language of this Decree shall supersede and control.
