Plaintiff, Karla McGeorge, and Defendant, Matthew McGeorge, were both present with Defendant represented by Aaron Bishop. Evidence was adduced and testimony was taken. Being fully advised in the premises, the,Court finds as follows: 1. Plaintiff has been a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than one year prior to filing this action and Plaintiff was a resident of Hall County Nebraska at the time the Complaint was filed. 2. Service of process was obtained on the Defendant after delivery of documents to him on November 12, 2019, and more than 60 days have passed since said service of process was obtained. 3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and over the subject matter of this action. 4. Neither party is party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, or dissolution of marriage. 5. The parties were married on June 16, 2012, in Valley, Douglas County, Nebraska.. 6. No children were born to this marriage and Plaintiff testified that she is not pregnant at this time. 7. The marriage of the Plaintiff and Defendant is irretrievably broken and every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made. 8. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant is a member of the military service of the United States or its allies. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows: 1.
