<br /> ade and interest of Trustor, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to any land, lying within the right-of-way af any street or
<br /> highway adjoining the Praperty, and any and all alleys and strips and gores of land adjacent to or used in connection with U�e
<br /> Property, and any and aIl buildings, fixtures and improvements now cr hereafter erected thereon (the "Improvements"), and afl the
<br /> estate, interest, right, ode or any claim or demand which Trusiar now has or may hereafter acquire in the Property, and any and
<br /> all awards made tor the taking by eminent domain, o� by any proceeding or purchase in lieu thereof, of the whole or any part of
<br /> the Trust Escate, including without limitation any awards resulting from a change af g�ade of sueets and awards fo� severance '

<br /> The Property and the e�tire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are referred ta collectively as the 'Trust Estate".
<br /> Fo� the Purpose af Secu�ing:
<br /> A. Payment of indebteCness evidenced by any promissory note of Trustor i� favor of Beneficiary; and
<br /> B. Payment of all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the Trust Estate, with interest thereon at the rate af
<br /> sixteen percent (1696) per annum.
<br /> The indebtedness described in paragraphs A and B above is refe�red to as the 'Indebtedness."
<br /> This Second Deed of Trust, any promissory note af Trustor in favor of 8eneficiary�and any ather instrument given to
<br /> evidence or further secure the payment and pertormance'of any obligation secured hereby are�eferred to collectively as the "Loan
<br /> Instruments".
<br /> Trustar covenants that (i) Trustor halds title to the Trust Estate and has lawful autharity to encumber the Trust Estate.
<br /> iii) the Trust Estate is free and clear of all liens and encumb�ances sxcept for easements, restrictions and covenants of record and
<br /> the Deed of T�ust f�am Trustor encumbaring the Properry dated on o� about the date hereof (tha "First Oeed of TrusY), and
<br /> (iii) Trustor will defend the Trust Estate against the lawful claims of a�y persan.
