AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />FONNER SECOND SUBDIVISION <br />This Amendment to the Former Second Subdivision is between 5500 "L" Street <br />Properties Co., (hereinafter referred to as Subdivider) as owner and subdivider of a portion of Lot <br />Two (2) Fonner Second Subdivision, and the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal <br />corporation. <br />1. Fonner Second Subdivision Agreement was entered into on February 19, 1973, and <br />recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on February 22, 1973 in Miscellaneous Records <br />at Book 24 Page 249. <br />2.
