For purposes of remarriage, this decree becomes final and operative six <br />months after the decree is file -stamped by the Court or on the date of death of one of the parties to <br />the dissolution, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the date of <br />death of one of the parties to the dissolution, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and <br />operative the date it was rendered; and <br />b. For continuance of health insurance coverage this decree dissolves the <br />marriage and becomes final and operative six months after the decree is rendered. <br />Provided further, that if the Decree is not vacated or modified during the thirty (30) day <br />period or unless proceedings for vacation or modification are pending at the expiration of that date, <br />this Decree will become final without further Order of the Court. <br />14.
