202401333 <br />child support to the other for the support of the parties' minor child. All reasonable and necessary <br />direct expenditures made solely for the children such as clothing and extracurricular activities shall <br />be allocated between the parents with the Plaintiff being responsible for 50% and the Defendant <br />being responsible for 50% of the cost of necessary direct expenditures for the child. <br />Further, the court fords that the child support previously ordered in Hall County District <br />Court case CI18-385 shall be suspended. <br />7. ALIMONY: The Plaintiff shall not pay alimony to the Defendant and the Defendant <br />shall not pay alimony to the Plaintiff. <br />8. EDUCATION AND MEDICAL RECORDS: Each parent shall continue to have full <br />and equal access to the education and medical records of his or her child unless the Court orders to <br />the contrary; and either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of his or <br />her child while the child is in the physical custody of each parent. <br />9. GARNISHMENTS: The Defendant shall pay for the garnishment that is currently <br />being garnished from the Plaintiff's income in Hall County case CI21-2611, which is currently in the <br />amount of $1,580.69. <br />10. REAL PROPERTY: Plaintiff shall have quieted in him the marital home located at <br />1739 Garland St., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Two (2), in West Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to the encumbrance thereon at Pennymac Mortgage, which Plaintiff shall solely assume and <br />hold the Defendant harmless from the collection thereof. The Plaintiff shall have sixty (60) days <br />from the entry of the Decree of Dissolution to refinance the mortgage on said marital home <br />removing the Defendant's name from any obligation relating to said marital home. <br />11. EQUITY EQUALIZATION: Neither party shall pay the other an equalization <br />payment as a result of the division of assets and liabilities. <br />12. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COURT COSTS: The parties shall pay their own <br />respective attorneys fees and court costs in this matter as set forth in the Property Settlement <br />Agreement. <br />13. This Decree of Dissolution is final 30 days after it is file -stamped by the Court or on <br />the date of the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first, except for purposes of appeal and <br />for the following reasons only: . . <br />
