200400300 5. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this decree becomes final and operative six months after the date the decree is entered. 6. For all other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the decree is entered or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was entered. 7. The children born of the marriage are all over the age of majority and therefore are not affected by these proceedings.. 8. The parties waived Complete record herein. 9. Neither party shall pay alimony to the other. 10. The oral property settlement entered into by and between the parties is not unconscionable and is hereby approved and its terms are ordered incorporated into this Decree. 11. Each party shall keep the personal property presently in her and his possession. 15. Title to the real estate located at 620 South Blaine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska and legally described as Gladstone Place E 22' Lt 7 & Al': Lt 8 Blk 8, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, shall be quieted in Respondent, subject to any debt thereon. 16. Petitioner shall receive $13,000 cash as additional property settlement, receipt of which is acknowledged. 17. Petitioner shall receive the 1994 Firebird automobile, VIN 262FX22P2R2224078, subject to any indebtedness thereon. 18. Respondent shall receive the 1993 Ford van, VIN 1FDEE14NOPHA94780; and the 1994 Suzuki motorcycle, VIN 7S1VS52AOR2102798; subject to any indebtedness thereon.
