200400300 <br />5. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this decree becomes final <br />and operative six months after the date the decree is entered. <br />6. For all other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the decree <br />is entered or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes <br />final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became <br />final and operative on the date it was entered. <br />7. The children born of the marriage are all over the age of majority and therefore are not <br />affected by these proceedings.. <br />8. The parties waived Complete record herein. <br />9. Neither party shall pay alimony to the other. <br />10. The oral property settlement entered into by and between the parties is not <br />unconscionable and is hereby approved and its terms are ordered incorporated into this Decree. <br />11. Petitioner shall pay and be responsible for the debt to Arcadia Financial and shall <br />hold Respondent harmless for said debt. <br />12. Respondent shall pay and be responsible for the following debts and shall hold <br />Petitioner harmless for said debts: <br />Bank of America, First USA Bank and Commercial Federal. <br />13. Each party shall pay and be responsible for any debts incurred by her or him since <br />the date of separation in December, 2000, and shall hold the other party harmless for all such <br />debts. <br />14. Each party shall keep the personal property presently in her and his possession. <br />15. Title to the real estate located at 620 South Blaine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska and <br />legally described as Gladstone Place E 22' Lt 7 & Al': Lt 8 Blk 8, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, shall be quieted in Respondent, subject to any debt thereon. <br />16. Petitioner shall receive $13,000 cash as additional property settlement, receipt of <br />which is acknowledged. <br />17. Petitioner shall receive the 1994 Firebird automobile, VIN 262FX22P2R2224078, <br />subject to any indebtedness thereon. <br />18. Respondent shall receive the 1993 Ford van, VIN 1FDEE14NOPHA94780; and the <br />1994 Suzuki motorcycle, VIN 7S1VS52AOR2102798; subject to any indebtedness thereon. <br />
