Petitioner was present in <br />court with counsel, Richard E. Gee. Respondent was present, unaccompanied by counsel. <br />The petition for dissolution of marriage was filed on August 9, 2001. <br />Respondent's voluntary appearance was entered herein on August 9, 2001. <br />Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42 -363 (Reissue 1993), more than sixty days have elapsed <br />since service of said petition upon the Respondent. <br />Respondent has not filed a responsive pleading but he did receive notice of this hearing. <br />Evidence was taken, and the court, being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, <br />ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. The court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. Reasonable efforts have been made to reconcile the marriage, but notwithstanding, the = '' <br />marriage is irretrievably broken. The marriage of Jacquelyn Rae Sheeks and Dale Lee Sheeks <br />Sr. is hereby dissolved. <br />3. For the purpose of review by appeal, this decree shall be treated as a final order on the <br />date the decree is entered. If an appeal is instituted within 30 days after the decree is entered, <br />such decree does not become final until such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of <br />death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. <br />4. For purposes of remarriage, this decree becomes final and operative six months after <br />the date it is entered; or on the date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution, whichever <br />occurs first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the <br />parties to the dissolution, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the <br />date it was entered. <br />I'D '7— To P 69 �t �� <br />
