202306477 DO NOT WRITE ABOVE THIS LINE — FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS USE ONLY EXHIBIT "A" A permanent lineal easement, fifty (50) feet in width, said easement being twenty-five (25) feet on either side of the center line of the new electric power line to be installed, whose center line will be coincidental with the center line of the existing power line as now in place, on that part of Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10) and all accretions thereto lying north of and adjacent to State Highway Right -of -Way, in Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 2.18 acres more or less; and A permanent lineal easement, ten (10) feet in width and one hundred (100) feet in length, for installation of guy wires and anchors, said easement being five (5) feet on either side of the center line of the new guy wires and anchors to be installed, whose center line will be coincidental with the center line of the existing power line as now in place, on that part of Lot Ten (10) and all accretions thereto lying south of and adjacent to State Highway Right -of -Way, in Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 0.023 acres more or less.
