<br />ELECTRIC POWER LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned K. DIANE BOCKMANN, Trustee of the K. Diane
<br />Bockmann Revocable Trust dated December 27, 2000; and K. DIANE BOCKMANN, Trustee of the Darryl D. Bockmann
<br />Revocable Trust dated December 27, 2000, and their successors or assigns, collectively "Grantor", for and in consideration of
<br />the amount set forth in this easement, does hereby grant unto SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, a public corporation
<br />whose post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, and to its successors or assigns, collectively "Grantee"; the right to enter
<br />upon the lands of the Grantor, situated in the County of HALL, State of Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Legal description on attached Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference.
<br />Grantor hereby grants permission as follows: To install overhead electric power line facilities on the above described tract of
<br />land with rights of ingress and egress.
<br />And to place, construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon said electric power line, and to cut and
<br />trim trees and shrubbery to the extent necessary to keep them clear of said electric power line, and to cut down from time to
<br />time all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees that are tall enough to strike the wires in falling.
<br />In granting this easement it is understood that at structure locations, single pole and/or two pole structures may be
<br />installed, and that the location of the structures will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so
<br />long as it does not materially increase the cost of construction.
<br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor. Payment will be made after
<br />construction plans are final and number of poles and/or anchors can be determined. Grantor will be reimbursed for all crop
<br />damage caused during construction of the line.
<br />Grantor covenants that he is the owner of the above described lands and that the said lands are free and clear of
<br />encumbrances and liens of whatsoever character except those held by the following persons:
<br />City of Grand Island — Easement for Sanitary Sewer Line
<br />Great Plains Communications — Easement for Underground Cable
<br />It is further understood that, whenever necessary, words used in this instrument in the singular shall be construed to
<br />read in the plural and that words used in the masculine gender shall be construed to read in the feminine.
