200111033 <br />destroyed and it becomes necessary or desirable to repair or rebuild the entire garage, <br />the repairing or rebuilding expenses shall be born equally by the parties, or by their <br />heirs and assigns. <br />5. Provided further, if it becomes necessary to re- shingle the roof of the garage <br />then each party shall share equally in the cost of replacing the shingles on said garage. <br />Likewise, if it becomes necessary to repaint the garage, the parties shall agree as to <br />the color and shall further equally share in the cost of repainting the exterior. <br />6. The parties shall share a common driveway to the garage. If it becomes <br />necessary to replace the driveway each party shall share equally in the cost of <br />replacing the same, provided however that the parties shall first agree in writing as to <br />the nature of the work, the cost thereof and who will actually do the work. <br />7. The parties shall share equally in the cost of any snow removal on the <br />common driveway. <br />8.
