To transfer any interests in property I may own to a <br />revocable or living trust created by me, which trust benefits me during my life. <br />16. Prepare and Sign Income Tax Returns and Deal with the IRS. To prepare, execute, <br />and file both federal and state income tax returns, or amendments thereto, and any claims for <br />refund, or to make any report required by any governmental agencies. My attorney shall have <br />the authority to represent my interest in any dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and to <br />have authority to receive confidential information, to deliver confidential information to the <br />Internal Revenue Service, and to enter into any compromise or settlement agreement with the <br />Internal Revenue Service as may affect any tax liability, interest or penalty owing to the Internal <br />Revenue Service or the United States Treasury by the principal. <br />17. To Do All Other Things Necessary in Connection Herewith. In general to do all <br />other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever in or about my estate, property, and affairs, or <br />to concur with persons jointlyinterested with myself therein in doingall acts, deeds, matters, and <br />Y <br />things herein, either particularlyor generally described, as fullyand effectuallyto all intents and <br />g Y <br />purposes as I could do in my own proper person if personally present, it being my intent to grant <br />to my said attorney a general power to act for me and in my behalf, and not a limited or special <br />power, limited to the specific acts herein described. <br />18. To Compensate my Attorney in Fact. My said attorney may pay to my said <br />attorney in fact reasonable compensation for services performed in acting on my behalf. <br />19. Power of Attorney Effective Immediately and Notwithstanding Disability of <br />Principal; Continues in Effect After Principal's Death Until Notice. Pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Nebraska Probate Code, I declare that this power of attorney shall become effective <br />immediately and shall not be affected by my disability or incapacity, and that the authority <br />granted herein shall continue during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated. Further, <br />pursuant to said Sections, all such authority shall continue after my death, until notice of such <br />death shall have been received by my attorney so that he has actual knowledge of the fact that I <br />have died.
