<br />any stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, or other evidences of ownership, or securities, now or
<br />hereafter held by me and issued by or on account of said corporation or company and for that
<br />purpose to execute any proxies, limited or general, or other instruments.
<br />11. To Execute Deeds, Bills, Notes, and Similar Instruments. For all or any of the
<br />purposes herein stated to enter into and sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any
<br />contracts, deeds or other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make, endorse, discount,
<br />or otherwise deal with any commercial or mercantile instruments. To borrow any sum from any
<br />lender and encumber any of my real or personal property as security for loans. To execute and
<br />deliver notes and other obligations, and mortgages, security agreements, financing statements,
<br />pledges, liens and other encumbrances.
<br />12. To draw and endorse checks. To draw checks against my account in any bank, to
<br />endorse notes, checks, drafts or bills of exchange which niay require my endorsement for deposit
<br />as cash or collection in any bank, to accept all drafts or bills of exchange which may be drawn
<br />upon me in the usual course of my business. To receive, endorse, cash, redeem or deposit
<br />United States savings bonds and any other securities, and any checks received from the United
<br />States Treasury Department made payable to me for any reason including income tax refunds,
<br />social security benefits, supplemental security income and any other benefits.
<br />13. To Make Gifts and Disclaim Property. To make, sign, execute, deliver, and
<br />acknowledge any gifts of real and personal property for whatever purpose and to whomever,
<br />including my agent under this document, if he or she is a member of my family; and generally to
<br />deal in said gifts and gifting, as I might do upon such terms and conditions and under such
<br />covenants as they shall think fit, specifically granting to my attorney in fact the right to sign,
<br />seal, execute, deliver, and acknowledge such deeds, bills of sale, orders and such other
<br />instruments in writing of whatsoever kind and nature as may be necessary or proper in the
<br />premises. To make gifts to reduce my estate or for charitable, religious or educational purposes.
<br />To continue any plan of gifts I have initiated. To Follow and implement any estate plan that I
<br />have formed. To disclaim in whole or in part any interest in property passing to me by any
<br />method from any person or entity.
<br />14. To participate in farm programs. To enter into any arrangements or contracts with
<br />the United States Department of Agriculture or any of its committees or branches to participate
<br />in any agricultural programs and to sign the papers in connection therewith for me in my name
<br />and to acknowledge and deliver said papers and contracts and to receive payment thereunder and
<br />to endorse any checks or drafts for said payments and deposit them on my behalf.
<br />15. To Transact Business. To transact all of my business at any bank or other
<br />financial institution in which I may have deposited or may hereafter deposit or have deposited
<br />for me, any funds; to have access to my safety deposit box; to draw checks on my account in said
<br />bank or other financial institution; to endorse all checks, drafts and bills of exchange, securities,
<br />bonds, or other documents which may require my endorsement for collection or deposit; and to
<br />open, remove from, and add to, items in a bank safety deposit box, and to have full and free
<br />access to my safe deposit box, on my behalf. To contract with and make claims to any
