202305141 <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />SUSAN MARIE BRISENO, <br />Plaintiff, <br />vs. <br />THOMAS CLARENCE BRISENO, <br />Defendant. <br />Case No. CI 21-897 <br />PROPERTY SETTLEMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Susan Marie Briseno, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff," and the Defendant, <br />Thomas Clarence Briseno of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska hereinafter <br />referred to as "Defendant," and for their Property Settlement Agreement (the <br />"Agreement"), and in full and complete resolution of the issues pending before <br />the District Court of Hall County Nebraska hereby stipulate and agree as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the parties were lawfully married on the 23rd day of July, <br />2011 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and two children were born, <br />namely, Ethan Briseno, born October 2012, and Xavier Briseno, born October <br />2009; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2021, the Plaintiff filed a <br />Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, at Case No. CI 21-897, seeking a dissolution of the aforesaid marriage, <br />and the Defendant having been personally served on the 3rd day of August, 2021; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have no expectations of resuming marital <br />relations and it has been determined by the parties that it is impossible for them to <br />continue to live in a marital state; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a voluntary agreement <br />determining their respective property rights and all other matters relating to the <br />dissolution of their marriage; and <br />WHEREAS, each party is aware of his or her right to be represented by <br />legal counsel and has had full opportunity to seek counsel and discuss this <br />agreement therewith, the Plaintiff being represented by her attorney of record, <br />Mitchell Stehlik, and the Defendant being represented by his attorney, Nicholas <br />1 <br />f 3(0 <br />
