Case No. CI 21-897 PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Susan Marie Briseno, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff," and the Defendant, Thomas Clarence Briseno of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska hereinafter referred to as "Defendant," and for their Property Settlement Agreement (the "Agreement"), and in full and complete resolution of the issues pending before the District Court of Hall County Nebraska hereby stipulate and agree as follows: WHEREAS, the parties were lawfully married on the 23rd day of July, 2011 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and two children were born, namely, Ethan Briseno, born October 2012, and Xavier Briseno, born October 2009; and WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2021, the Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, at Case No. CI 21-897, seeking a dissolution of the aforesaid marriage, and the Defendant having been personally served on the 3rd day of August, 2021; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto have no expectations of resuming marital relations and it has been determined by the parties that it is impossible for them to continue to live in a marital state; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a voluntary agreement determining their respective property rights and all other matters relating to the dissolution of their marriage; and WHEREAS, each party is aware of his or her right to be represented by legal counsel and has had full opportunity to seek counsel and discuss this agreement therewith, the Plaintiff being represented by her attorney of record, Mitchell Stehlik, and the Defendant being represented by his attorney, Nicholas 1 f 3(0
