2023051 41 <br />the day-to-day needs for his or her home including, clothes, food, bedding, <br />personal hygiene items and other daily necessities. <br />The greater expenses of life, including but not limited to coats, hats, boots, <br />gloves, and backpacks shall be shared between the parties with the Plaintiff <br />paying sixty-four percent (64%) and the Defendant paying thirty-six percent <br />(36%). Any costs greater than. $100.00 in any one month shall be first discussed <br />and agreed to by the parties, in writing (text message or e-mail with confirming e- <br />mail or text will suffice, prior to said purchase or cost being incurred). If the non - <br />incurring party does not respond to a request for an expenditure greater than <br />$100.00 within twenty-four (24) hours, the failure to respond shall be considered <br />a consent to the expenditure. If a party incurs a cost greater than $100.00 in a <br />single month, without first obtaining the written consent of the other party, the <br />party incurring such cost shall be solely responsible for the cost.
