202305141 <br />J. PROVISIONS REGARDING SCHOOL <br />Mother and Father acknowledge the statutory responsibility to provide the <br />children with regular and continuous school attendance and progress and will <br />each assist the children to the maximum extent possible to assure a quality <br />education. Each parent will provide the other parent with information related to <br />education achievements and deficiencies of the children. Mother and Father will <br />provide each other reasonable advance notice of any events, occurrences, or <br />decisions relevant to the children's education, to include without limitation: <br />content of curricula or curricula changes, changes of school, testing related to <br />post -high school education, and events related to the decision or selection of <br />college education. <br />K. PROVISION REGARDING EXTRA -CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES <br />Both parties shall inform one another reasonably in advance of all events <br />where a parent may participate in the children's activities or events, (for example, <br />school plays, teacher conferences, sporting events, music recitals, etc.) Notice <br />shall be provided in such a way that the other parent has the maximum <br />opportunity to attend that activity or event as it is important to the children's <br />developmental process. Neither party shall sign a child up for an extra -curricular <br />activity of event without the other parent's mutual written consent. To the extent <br />the children wish to continue to participate they shall be allowed to continue to <br />participate in the activities which they have routinely and regularly participated in <br />the in the past, as well as any activities that they may so desire that the parties can <br />mutually agree upon.
