2023051 41 <br />acknowledge that they have been advised and understand that unless alimony is <br />awarded in the proceedings presently before the Court, the Decree cannot <br />subsequently be modified at any time to include an award of alimony to either <br />party. <br />14. LIFE INSURANCE: Plaintiff shall be awarded as her sole and <br />separate property, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant, any life <br />insurance policies presently insuring her life, including cash values accumulated. <br />Defendant shall be awarded as his sole and separate property, free and <br />clear of any interest of the Plaintiff, any life insurance policies presently insuring <br />his life, including cash values accumulated. <br />Each party is awarded the life insurance policies and annuities insuring his <br />or her life as his or her sole and separate property, together with any accumulated <br />cash value and subject to any policy loans. Each party specifically consents to the <br />revoking of any beneficiary designation in any existing life insurance policy <br />except as otherwise provided herein, and should either party fail to remove the <br />other spouse as a beneficiary from any such life insurance policy or annuity, this <br />Agreement and the Decree approving it shall constitute an actual modification of <br />the life insurance of annuity contract consistent with the intent of this paragraph <br />in order to eliminate the other spouse as a designated beneficiary. <br />15. MARITAL DEBTS: Plaintiff will pay and hold the Defendant free <br />and harmless from any and all liability for the following debts incurred by the <br />parties during the course of the marriage: <br />a. All medical debts in Plaintiffs name or for Plaintiff's <br />health; <br />b. Credit card debts solely in Plaintiffs name; <br />c. Personal loans solely in Plaintiffs name; and <br />d. Outstanding bills or other undisclosed debts maintained <br />solely in the Plaintiff's name. <br />Defendant will pay and hold the Plaintiff free and harmless from any and <br />all liability for the following debts incurred by the parties during the course of the <br />marriage: <br />health; <br />a. All medical debts in Defendant's name or for Defendant's <br />b. Credit card debts in Defendant's name; <br />c. Personal loans in Defendant's name; <br />d. Mortgage; <br />7 <br />f 3(0 <br />
