For the purposes aforesaid or any of them to endorse all checks or other <br />instruments payable to me, and to sign in my name and execute in my behalf all deeds, <br />assignments, transfers, proxies and instruments whatsoever. <br />11. Generally to act in relation to the premises as fully and effectually in all respects as <br />1 myself could do if personally present. <br />12. Pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Probate Code, I declare that this Power <br />of Attorney shall become effective this date and that the authority granted herein shall continue <br />during any period while 1 am disabled or incapacitated. Further, pursuant to said Statutes, all <br />such authority shall continue after my death, until notice of such death shall have been received <br />by my Attorney so that he shall have actual knowledge of the fact that I have died.
