200110904 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />DESCRIPTION: A tract of land comprising a part of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Seven <br />(7) and Ten (10) and that part of the vacated alley adjacent thereto, all in Commercial Industrial <br />park Subdivision of part of Block One (1), Nelsen Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence running South along the West line <br />of said Lots One (1) and Seven (7), a distance of Seven Hundred Nineteen and Eight -Three <br />Hundredths (719.83) feet to a point that is Thirty-seven and Six Tenths (37.6) feet North of the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot Seven(7); thence running East, parallel to the South line of said Lot <br />Seven (7); a distance of Five Hundred Four (504.0) feet to a point Four (4.0) feet East of the East <br />Line of said Lot Seven (7); thence running North parallel to the West line of said Lots One (1) <br />and Seven (7) a distance of Three Hundred Forth -four and One Tenth (344.1) feet; thence <br />running West, parallel to the South line of Lot Seven (7), a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet; thence <br />running North, parallel to the West line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Four Hundred Ten <br />(410.0) feet to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot Three (3); thence running Southwesterly <br />along the North line of said Lots Three (3), Two (2) and One (1), a distance of Four Hundred <br />Forty-five and Thirty-one Hundredths (446.31) feet to the point of beginning, except that part of <br />Lot 1, Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 84- 006731. <br />And <br />The Southerly Thirty-seven and Six Tenths (37.6) feet of Lot Seven (7) and the Northerly Forty - <br />two and Four Tenths (42.4) feet of Lot Eight (8), all in Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision <br />of Part of Block One (1), Nelson Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />NYDOCS03 /606580.1 <br />
