The Plaintiff is an electrician and has always been
either a journeyman electrician or a licensed electrician. The Defendant has always
held odd jobs and was working during the period of time that parties met and
continued to work over the years, even after having children. Neither party gave
up an education in order to raise children, nor did either party give up a job to raise
children nor did the parties move frequently interrupting career paths for either
party. The Court is also aware that the nature of Mr. Sanchez's employment
provides for periods of time where he is unemployed and has no income coming in.
Accordingly, the request for alimony is denied.
VIII.
Each party will be responsible for their own and separate costs and attorney
fees associated with this matter.
IX.
The Defendant's maiden name of Paola Martinez should be and hereby is
restored to the Defendant.
X.
The Plaintiff and the Defendant shall furnish to the Clerk of the District
Court their addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, names of their
employers, and whether or not they have access to employer -related insurance
coverage, and if so, the health insurance policy information, until any judgment is
paid in full.
